Refund Policy

This refund policy works together with our returns policy. All refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method.

Eligibility

  • Unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Defective or shipping-damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Orders we are unable to fulfil are refunded in full.

Refund amount

Approved returns are refunded the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item arrived defective or damaged. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the fault is ours.

Processing time

Once your unopened return is received and inspected, refunds are approved within 3 business days and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment status

Live payments are not yet enabled. The current store uses a placeholder checkout that does not charge cards. When real payments are connected, the statement descriptor will read PIPEWORKSPLUMB STORE.
