Returns

We want you to love the look. If something is not right, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

What qualifies

• Unopened & unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days.
• Defective or shipping-damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery (photos help us help you).

What does not qualify

• Opened, partially assembled, drilled or installed items.
• Items returned after 14 days, or without their original hardware and packaging.
• Pieces damaged by use outside their stated purpose — these are decor and furniture goods, not pressure-rated plumbing parts.

How to start a return

Email support@pipeworksplumb.shop with your order reference. We will issue return instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we issue the refund to your original payment method, in USD. See the refund policy for timing.
