These terms govern your use of pipeworksplumb.shop and any purchase from PIPEWORKS PLUMBING, INC.. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products & intended use

Decor & furniture only. Every product is a cosmetic iron-pipe home good. Our items are not pressure-rated and are not plumbing, gas, water or drain components. They must never be installed in or on a pressurized system, nor connected to water, gas or heating lines. We do not sell gas or electric-heating products.

Installation & load limits

Wall-mounted items are installed by you, the customer, into wall studs using suitable anchors. Each product lists a load limit; do not exceed it. Iron edges and threaded ends can be sharp. You are responsible for safe installation and for keeping within stated limits. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from improper installation, overloading, or use outside the product's decorative purpose.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time. The current checkout is a placeholder and does not take live payments; no card is charged.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. Title and risk pass on delivery to your carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
